This two-level, 32,000 SF clubhouse for the new age-restricted Heritage Shores development in Delaware was designed to appeal to a target market, and to reflect the character of Atlantic coastal architecture.

This facility in the New Town area of Williamsburg will house 10,000 SF of both retail and restaurant space with outdoor dining amenities, as well as over 16,000 SF of office space on the floors above.

The master plan and schematic design includes a 50-bed resort, a 300-seat dining hall, a 200-seat chapel, youth activity center and sleeping lodge, and a 200-seat meeting hall. The camp will be able to house multiple groups at one time and provide activities that range from canoeing and archery, to lectures and weddings.

This project provides a new shipwright's building, a new amphitheater, and a new “enclave” containing visitor amenities adjacent to the waterfront at Jamestown Settlement.

This clubhouse will serve as the focal point for a new active adult community, and will include indoor swimming, meeting and function rooms, exercise rooms, lounge spaces, and offices.

The upscale 4-story condominium building fronts onto the Sullivan Square Park in Williamsburg's New Town development and includes first-floor retail shops. The design is reminiscent of a brownstone walk-up.

The expanded facilities and celebration center in phase one of this master plan will help the church reach their goal of becoming a large, multi-cultural community church.

This renovation of a 1938 Art Deco Theater will transform the 64-year-old movie theater into a multi-use cultural arts facility, with state-of-the-art theater, sound, and projection systems.

The community center will be a 30,000 SF building with a full gymnasium, a multi-use theatre, dedicated classrooms, aerobics room, and potentially a swimming pool. Overall, the plan calls for development of the site with outside tennis courts, walking tracks, and public gathering areas. The plan will be constructed in two phases.
