GuernseyTingle provides design services for multiple government agencies at the local, state, and federal level. We handle master planning, feasibility studies, design guideline development, schematic design, construction documents and construction administration.

We are happy to respond to direct inquiries as well as requests for proposals. After contracting, we work closely with the agency involved to meet their design needs on time and in the budget. Through our experience, we are aware of the constraints of government funding and the award process of construction projects.

We are also accustomed to meeting the multitude of design parameters used in government work, including everything from local codes and design standards to ADA/ABA Accessibility Guidelines and the Uniform Facility Criteria.
