this building provides necessary services for the marina as well as a visual
beacon for the area. The building was designed to complement the residential
architecture of the village. |

a motel, apartment building, and hotel with attached lobby, kitchen,
and restaurant, as well as a pool and pool deck, all designed to
reflect the character of Williamsburg's traditional architecture.

This two-level, 32,000 SF clubhouse overlooks the golf course and serves as the activity center for the new age-restricted Colonial Heritage development in Williamsburg. The building’s traditional character was designed to appeal to the target market, and to reflect the heritage of its Williamsburg setting. Facilities include a large banquet room, formal and informal dining rooms, game, meeting, and craft rooms. |
