The 10,000 SF recreation center addition and renovation was constructed over a 12-month period, while the facility remained open and utilized by both staff and the public.

The facilities for the planned residential community of 1,400 acres on the James River include multi-purpose community rooms, bathhouses and support facilities for tennis, swimming and other active recreation. The building, drawing its character from the Carter’s Grove Plantation stable, serves as a focal point for recreation and other community activities.
   

 

 

 

 



Centerpiece of the neo-traditional Harbor Village at The Governor’s Land, this building provides necessary services for the marina as well as a visual beacon for the area. The building was designed to complement the residential architecture of the village.
     

 

 

 

 



This large-scale renovation to create a marketable vacation resort included a motel, apartment building, and hotel with attached lobby, kitchen, and restaurant, as well as a pool and pool deck, all designed to reflect the character of Williamsburg's traditional architecture.

     

 

 

 

 



This two-level, 32,000 SF clubhouse overlooks the golf course and serves as the activity center for the new age-restricted Colonial Heritage development in Williamsburg. The building’s traditional character was designed to appeal to the target market, and to reflect the heritage of its Williamsburg setting. Facilities include a large banquet room, formal and informal dining rooms, game, meeting, and craft rooms.
   

 

The centerpiece for sales and community activities for a planned community, the structure overlooks an abandoned granite quarry and a waterfall. This welcome center features a fitness center, billiard area, and multi-purpose room.
