Located in a mixed residential and light commercial neighborhood, this animal hospital is designed to blend with an adjacent 1920’s schoolhouse.

This addition to a forty-year-old brick and block building connects the existing clinic to a previously underutilized storage and kennel facility. The building adapts to the image of a more modern pet boarding, daycare, and veterinary facility, while blending into a mixed-use neighborhood.

The emergency veterinary hospital's new 8,000 SF addition and 1,500 SF renovation accomodates a broad range of services and specialities in a modern and sophisticated atmosphere.

This building expansion and exterior facade renovation will provide much needed space for existing administration and retail operations, while allowing new amenities such as a pet resort, rehabilitation center, professional grooming services, daily K-9 play care, and training facilities.
