GuernseyTingle designs a premier clubhouse for southern Delaware’s premier golf community.

The character of Atlantic coastal architecture is reflected in this two-level, 32,000 square foot clubhouse for Heritage Shores, a new, age-restricted development in Delaware. The facility was designed to provide residents and guests with a state of the art fitness and aquatics center, as well as views overlooking the golf course and tennis courts. Additionally, the clubhouse offers a formal dining area that seats 650 people, an informal bar/grille, a library, billiard room, wood shop, and arts and crafts room.
