After working with GuernseyTingle of Williamsburg, VA for over 24 years, Andrew F. Cronan, AIA, LEED AP will be retiring from his full-time position on May 1, 2020.  He will continue to work with the firm on a part-time basis, focusing on public safety projects, historic renovations, sustainable design and government projects.  Andy has been a stockholder at GuernseyTingle since 2002, and for the last four years has been Senior Vice President.

Andy designed many of the firms’ notable projects over the last two and a half decades, including the Williamsburg Transportation Center, Henrico Theater Restoration, Williamsburg Municipal Building, Williamsburg Place Behavioral Health Facility, Christian Life Center (now Life Church), Arlington National Cemetery Tomb of Remembrance, Legacy Hall at New Town and Hart Farmhouse Restoration at Pamplin Historical Park.  Although he will step down as one of the firms’ owners, he will maintain an active role at the firm with ongoing projects.  Over the last year, the remaining leadership team at GuernseyTingle has redefined its roles to lead the firm into the next decade:
