Expansion Breaks Ground for The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place
GuernseyTingle is playing a key role in expanding The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place, helping it meet a growing need for high-quality behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment across the region.
In addition to boosting acute inpatient support, this 32-bed expansion is designed to further extend the Pavilion team’s ability to provide residential treatment for substance use disorders and Intensive Outpatient treatment. It includes a recently opened Tactical Recovery program which provides tailored treatment and support to active-duty service members and veterans.
To date, GuernseyTingle has assisted The Pavilion in obtaining permit approvals and creating preliminary renderings showing the upgraded facility’s interior and exterior expansion concepts. Currently in the design phase, this project is expected to finish in 2024 and will bring the total number of treatment beds to 212. This will mark the fourth expansion since Williamsburg Place began serving the community in 1989.
