GuernseyTingle evaluating Ewell Hall

GuernseyTingle was awarded the historic Ewell Hall Conditions Assessment by James City County, Virginia as part of the firm’s ongoing term contract for architectural services. Owned and operated by Williamsburg Memorial Park, Ewell Hall was built in the 19th century as the residence of Benjamin Stoddert Ewell. Ewell was the President of the College of William and Mary during the Civil War who subsequently oversaw the restoration of the College during the Reconstruction Era. GuernseyTingle has decades of knowledge, expertise, and experience in conducting such evaluations and advising clients in the repair, restoration, re-use, and maintenance of these landmarks of cultural heritage.
