GuernseyTingle Welcomes Two New Team Members

GuernseyTingle is excited to welcome two new members to the team. Makayla Bellamy, a UVA graduate, joins the firm as an Architectural Designer, and VCU graduate Taylor Dvorak-Steidel is serving as Marketing and Communications Coordinator.

Makayla joined GuernseyTingle in late 2023 following her work for Charlottesville-based architect firm where she served in roles of increasing responsibility, including project manager. Her design projects included new residential construction and additions, as well as women’s clinics built in Haiti.

Born in California and raised in Hampton, Virginia, Makayla later earned her Bachelor of Science in Architecture from UVA. Since joining GuernseyTingle, she has served on a variety of project teams, from residential to houses of worship and more.

Taylor joined GuernseyTingle in February 2024 from a local Williamsburg real estate brokerage where she served as Social Media Coordinator, managing accounts for more than 20 real estate professionals.

Born in Michigan and raised in Chester, Virginia, Taylor graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Creative Advertising. While Richmond still holds her heart, she has since moved to Williamsburg with her husband to be closer to Langley Air Force Base.
