Ready for Spring: Cutalong at Lake Anna

Cutalong Resident Activities Center Landside View

GuernseyTingle partnered with Cutalong at Lake Anna, Virginia’s premiere master planned private golf community, to create golf and resident amenities, including the golf clubhouse and resident activity center.

Located near the town of Mineral in Louisa County, Virginia, Cutalong features an 18-hole private golf course that was designed by renowned architect Tom Clark and opened in July of 2021.

Stillwater Equity Partners, the developer, confirms plans for other community amenities including dining, pools, walking paths, pickleball courts, tennis courts and marina access to Lake Anna. Single-family homes and villas will be built during the first phase of construction, including options that will be rentable on a nightly basis.
