Senator Mark Warner Congratulates GuernseyTingle on Best Places to Work Recognition

GuernseyTingle recently received a welcome surprise in the mail: a letter from U.S. Senator Mark Warner congratulating the firm on being named one of the 2026 Best Places to Work in Virginia by Virginia Business magazine.

In his letter, Senator Warner recognized the GuernseyTingle team’s commitment to fostering a workplace culture in which employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed. Placing among the top 30 companies in the Small Business category, it is the fourth time in the last five years that the firm has made the list.

The letter arrived amid another exciting honor for the firm. GuernseyTingle was also awarded first-in-class gold for Best Architectural/New Construction Firm in the 2026 CoVa BIZ Best of Business Awards. The full list of honorees was released in the publication’s August/September special issue.

Being selected as one of Virginia’s Best Places to Work is especially meaningful because the recognition reflects feedback from the people who know the firm best—its employees.
