GuernseyTingle announced it is part of the design-build team with MEB and Henderson, Inc. that has been chosen to create a new regional indoor sports facility in Williamsburg.

Excitement has been building for the 160,000 square foot center, which will be built near Colonial Williamsburg’s Visitor Center and help establish the area as a destination for sports tourism.

In addition to MEB, GuernseyTingle is working closely with architecture and engineering firms Clark Nexsen and Timmons Group to design a world-class facility that will include 12 basketball courts that can be converted into 24 volleyball courts and 36 pickleball courts.
