Emmanuel is a seasoned industry veteran whose proven leadership and deep understanding of business development make him a natural fit for the GuernseyTingle team. He joined the firm after spending 30 years in various A/E/C business operations and sales leadership roles ensuring safe, sound, and sustainable multifamily, commercial and industrial infrastructure. Emmanuel brings extensive experience in business operations and client engagement, skills that align with GuernseyTingle’s philosophy of partnership, service and collaboration.
In addition to studying Business Administration at Norfolk State University, Emmanuel holds multiple professional business accreditations from Cornell Law School, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary. In his role at GuernseyTingle, Emmanuel leads strategy and execution of growth initiatives for the firm, fostering new client relationships and expanding business opportunities across multiple sectors.
