Jaime Dunlap

Jaime joined GuernseyTingle in 2023 after earning her Master of Architecture degree from the Rhode Island School of Design.

The Newport News, Virginia native attended Menchville High School and earned her undergraduate degree in Architectural Design from James Madison University where she also served as Marketing Chair of the Architectural Design Club.

Jaime has a passion for teaching that began developing years ago.

While still in high school, she served as a student tutor for Newport News Public Schools. Later she participated in an internship with SPARK, the Summer Program for Arts, Recreation and Knowledge, which works with the community to provide an engaging menu of offerings for students four days a week during the summer. Jaime went on to serve as a teaching assistant at James Madison University. In her free time Jaime loves to travel and watercolor, and she looks forward to trying her hand at oil painting in the near future.

Jaime is inspired by the ways in which her fine arts background can blend with architecture in the pursuit of creating more thoughtful and impactful design.
