Rose brings twenty-plus years of administrative experience to GuernseyTingle. Her work ethic speaks to “whatever it takes to get the job done” and we are pleased to have her energy and expertise in the office.
As a graduate of Community Associations Institute and Alpha College of Real Estate, her background consists of years of community management, real estate, and office management with previous local firms. She holds a real estate broker’s license and owns an investment company utilized for residential investment properties.
Rose enjoys 5 awesome grandchildren, living near the water, boating & fishing with her husband, reading, gardening, and volunteering as a “Stephen Minister” at her church in Cobbs Creek.
