Thomas Jardim, AIA, LEED AP BD+C
“I love learning, studying the truth, finding out the real story.”
Tom had a wide range of experience before coming to GuernseyTingle. He got his start with designs of mid-rise residential buildings in New York City, including the adaptive use of four old carriage houses into luxury apartments. He also spent time at a small design firm in Boise, Idaho where he worked on unique public spaces. In addition, Tom worked in Haiti after the devastating 2010 earthquake to manage reconstruction of homes and schools in rural areas.
A cum laude graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, Tom has been involved in the firm’s work with SeaWorld theme parks, Joint Base Langley-Eustis and the College of William & Mary, as well as animal care projects. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, basketball, cooking and playing the piano.
