1st Advantage Federal Credit Union was considering a new branch building in the New Town area at the same time they were working on a new headquarters building. Thanks to a history of successful collaboration with their general contractor, Guernsey Tingle was brought in for the new branch. Since that first engagement, our partnership has evolved into a strong working relationship that has been demonstrated through various branch upgrades and renovations.
