This 24-unit townhome community was carefully sited to maximize golf course views, yet minimize the impact on the famous River Course, home to the LPGA Pure Silk Championship.  Designed in a modern farmhouse style, there are two unit types that are around 2,800 SF and have open floor plans linking the indoors to outdoor living spaces.  However, three elevation types for each unit, some including wraparound porches and cupolas, help create a unique experience of pride for each individual homeowner.
